A Southern California native, Patrick O’Brien was raised in beautiful La Jolla California. His first rendezvous with coffee begin with his very own cafe. However he soon realized that making his own coffee was going to be better suited for his destiny.
Patrick oversees all company operations. He will ensure clients are taken care of when it comes to catering events, equipment sales and premium coffees.
As a master roaster, he guides every single batch of coffee from start to finish. He oversees the purchase of the top 1% of the crop – typically from the small high-altitude farms known as “fazendas” from the Equatorial regions of South America– including Brazil, Coast Rica, Guatemala. and micro roasting the beans to ensure consistency behind the unique flavor. His favorite bean is the Guatemalan Huehuetenango, go ahead and grab a fresh bag today!
